We're thrilled to be part of the 2017 Southeastern Wildlife Exposition taking place in downtown Charleston this weekend! The largest event of its kind in the US, SEWE is a three-day celebration of the great outdoors through fine arts, nature exhibits, educational experiences, sporting events - and of course, delicious things to eat & live cooking demonstrations (our favorite part!).
While you're out and about this Saturday, February 18, be sure to head to Marion Square at 3pm to catch Chef David in action!
He'll be leading SEWE spectators through the steps of sausage-making for the at-home meat enthusiast - from cuts and seasoning to sausage-grinding and his favorite preparations with SC-grown and produced ingredients. You'll also sample products from the producers and purveyors of the Certified South Carolina program.
