Craig Falta moved to Charleston in 2005 but his culinary career began in Raleigh. He worked at a group of restaurants while earning his degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
Following graduation, Craig moved to Charleston and began working with his brother Derek, the executive chef at Chai’s. As Sous Chef, Craig discovered his passion for the culinary arts while his brother taught him all he learned at Johnson & Wales culinary school. Craig has also gained experience working at Hall’s Chophouse and Cru Café.
He joined the Fish team in 2011.
