About Us
Our Philosophy
Fish Restaurant showcases the finest local, sustainable ingredients with an always-changing menu and a French-Asian flair. Executive chef Nico Romo, the youngest chef to ever earn the distinction of Master Chef of France, blends his skills at creating classic French fare with a zesty Asian-inspired artisan touch, resulting in fresh and flavorful dishes that engage and inspire.
Chef Romo and our passionate team work closely with local fishermen and farmers to source the freshest, most flavorful ingredients that bring our culinary creations to life.
Fish is much more than just seafood, with farm-raised beef, pork, organic chicken, vegetarian and vegan choices. The always-changing menu features small and large plates, with light fare, family-style bites and hearty entrees represented.
A warm, eclectic and inviting space, Fish resides in a beautifully renovated, 1837 Charleston home in the heart of the Upper King Design District.
An outdoor patio is a perfect blend of tucked away privacy and Upper King Street views. The 20-seat purple heart wood bar offers signature seasonal cocktails and select bottles of wine. The new dining room is a sleek, sophisticated and relaxed space with banquette seating, antiqued mirrors and cork walls. Guests can also dine in the second floor Chart Room or al fresco on the piazza overlooking King Street. Private and corporate parties are welcome.
